Upon completion of the three statutory pre-license courses, you may apply for the Salesperson State Exam. (It is recommended to utilize the ***Salesperson Examination/License Application (form found below). The Department of Real Estate (DRE) may take up to six to eight weeks to process your application. Refer to the (Current Processing Times for Applications, Renewals and Licenses Changes) found on the DRE website to track the timeframe of your application.
